Under each, there will be relevant sub sections including tutorials, downloads and more.  You are encouraged to participate and ask questions, help others and develop the forum.

PPTP vpn is a very basic connection protocol supported by Windows and Apple MAC.  Typically used as well on mobile devices for quick access to a VPN.  Please note that PPTP may not be accessible in certain countries (Middle East or otherwise).  Please make sure you check if you have any restrictions.  Alternatively, please ask before purchase.  Unfortunately, due to the high demand on VPN accounts, no refunds are issued if you find the service blocked.

To be safe, the VPN Gold and Maxi accounts include OpenVPN – a service that offers much more access functionality but requires installation procedure on your PC. 

Another question I am asked is what are the channels or bouquets that one can view?  First, make sure you have an official card to view these.  You can obtain these from authorized dealers here or in the country where these bouquets are sold.
